Stephanie Hunt

Hi! My name is Stephanie.
I am first and foremost a wife and mother. These are my favorite two jobs (Yes jobs, because they take work and keep me busy 24/7.) I met my sweet husband in high school and even went to a couple of dances with him our senior year. We lost touch after graduating. Then reconnected on social media 17 years later. Having him in my life has been one of my greatest blessings. My three other great blessings are our daughter we have together and my daughter and son from my first marriage. My children are my world. Being a mother is the greatest and hardest job I have ever had! Besides being a wife and mother, I enjoy many things in life. I love to decorate cakes (but I’m definitely an armature), sew, crochet, painting, scrapbooking, being outside on a nice sunny day for a hike or yard games, swimming, and cozying up under the covers to a good book.

Like I said, parenting is hard work, even when everything goes as planned. But this is life and everything doesn’t go as planned. My first husband was divorced with children when I married him, so I have been in the difficult step-mother role. After divorcing him I have remarried and now I am the divorcee trying to run a blended family with my husband and coparent with my ex to make the best life and upbring possible for my children. Adding these challenges to an already challenging job is not easy. So I am here to share what I have learned and how I have coped with life as a step parent, divorcee, wife and mother. Hopefully I am able to share something that will help and inspire you.
